If you’re experiencing issues, and the tech team are busy, or you don’t have a tech team and are unsure how to fix issues, then this service is for you.
This service provides you with a specialist to run checks on:
- Non-Cybertill tech
- Broadband
- Computer crashes
- Performance issues
With this service, Cybertill can arrange for a specialist engineer to be on location within 48 working hours. The engineer will troubleshoot and aim to resolve any issues there and then, if they are unable to find a resolution then the engineer will leave you with a report on their findings – no obligation.
Cost breakdown:
£230 covers your engineer call out and first hour on site.
Each additional hour thereafter is charged at £73. A typical visit runs 1-2 hours.
