The Role

Our customers and their consumers deserve the best experience. Cybertill operates a customer centric product and services model which needs people to go above and beyond when sharing our products with the world.

We are looking for a driven & hungry Lead Generation Specialist to promote sales of our award-winning software and make appointments for our growing team of Sales people in Liverpool and the US.

What you will do…

  • Primarily responsible for generating leads, categorising them depending on their sales-readiness, and nurturing them until they are ready for an appointment with a member of the external sales team.
  • Using email, LinkedIn and telephone to pro-actively contact prospects, on a regular basis to promote and discuss our software and services.
  • Make quality appointments from our database for our external sales team.
  • Act as a key member of the sales team answering calls, actioning requirements, and providing great service to your team members.
  • Managing your own records to the highest standard and updating the company’s CRM system
  • Manage own diary efficiently and effectively, ensuring productivity is maintained week on week and targets are exceeded.
  • Promote campaigns alongside our Marketing Team to sell product and services to both UK and US Retailers.

  • A target driven sales consultant, motivated by earning potential & determined to succeed
  • An individual with Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Someone familiar with making positive, proactive outbound cold calls and who can build rapport quickly
  • A Personable and approachable nature, who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Somebody that enjoys a challenge and can get up to speed quickly.
  • Looking for long term progression and a company where you can work hard and be recognised for your achievements
  • We are looking for an individual who can be flexible on hours worked as this role has a requirement to make calls to the USA.
